Painting
We offer patching, sanding, and painting of interior walls, baseboards, trim, and doors. Pricing starts at $2.00 per square foot, (includes Sherwin Williams paint and all supplies) with variations based on the condition of the surfaces. We also offer recommendations on paint colors and the best type of paint for your specific needs.
Staging
Getting ready to sell your home? Our staging process focuses on making the most of what you already have, adding a few key pieces only when needed to keep costs down. We’ll guide you through de-cluttering, organizing donations, and even packing when it’s time to move. Our goal is to boost your home’s appeal and help you get top dollar.
Staging services are offered at $40 per hour.
1)Package special- 8 hours for $300
2)Package special- 10 hours for $360
3) package special- 12 hours for $420
Downsizing
We work with individuals to gently guide them through the de cluttering process, no matter the reason. We help with organizing, purging unnecessary items, coordinating donations to a store of your choice and provide advice on where and how to sell items if needed.
Our downsizing services are available at a rate of $40 per hour.
