Services
Painting
We offer patching, sanding, and painting of interior walls, baseboards, trim, and doors. Pricing starts at $2.00 per square foot, (includes Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore paint and all supplies) with variations based on the condition of the surfaces and the type of paint needed. We also offer recommendations on paint colors and the best type of paint for your specific needs.
Staging
Getting ready to sell your home? Our staging process focuses on making the most of what you already have, adding a few key pieces only when needed to keep costs down. We’ll help you get your home market-ready and make sure you get the best possible return.
Staging services are offered at $40 per hour.

2)Package special- 10 hours for $360
3) package special- 12 hours for $420

Downsizing
We work with individuals to gently guide them through the de cluttering process, no matter the reason. We help with organizing, purging unnecessary items, coordinating donations to a store of your choice and provide advice on where and how to sell items if needed.
Our downsizing services are available for $35 an hour
